I noted you were intending to avoid the board for the weekend, but I thought I'd throw in my two cents on this:

"In the event that the MA is voided, for whatever reason, what price is TPL going to exact for the reverse-engineered material?"

IMO, since PTSC has provided 50% of the funding to support development of this material by Alliacense, it should be 50% ours (think typical cost-type contract, or T&M).

Since, if PTSC and TPL/Moore (either - or - or together) go separate ways, and this material would be critical to any/all players, somebody would probably have to take it over (and be the true aggressor with the MMP). Here, IMO, the negotiation is real simple. Say TPL/Moore comes to PTSC saying they want to buy our half of that material. Simply response: make us an offer, but recognize one condition - whatever you offer us to buy our interests in this material MUST BE the same exact amount you would be willing to take for us to buy it from you. Amazingly, they'll offer a fair price.

But all of this discussion is IMO a bit "out there". As Ron and others have suggested, and I agree, the dissolution of the Master Agreement/Commercialization Agreement would be a disaster for all participatants. A true lose-lose-lose.

If we had 10 years to play games with TPL/Moore..... But we don't. The clock is ticking.

IMO, best to do whatever it takes to keep those agreements alive, and if there is a way to pursue those percentage ownership clauses that Milestone posted, do so.
