The problem is not with the USPTO at the moment. The problem, as I see it, is do we have the cash to continue our fight. Not trying to by any means defend TPL, but they are burdened with a lot of the cash outlay obligations in regard to allianse and reverse engineering, and also defending the patents against reexam challenges. Now also consider the additional cost of the Moore squabble. The burn rate of cash by intellisys before it was put to a stop by Lecky. Moore and TPL made some bad decisions and got themselves ( and us) in a jam. Now the people on the other side of the negoiating table ( the infringers) are looking at this and if they are in their right minds are colluding and deciding not buy licenses and hope we go out of business. Then who is going to make them pay? Some kind hearted good Samaratan going to take up our cause? Obama doesn't care about little business failures, only lazy people and Unions.
