You don't get it, at all, do you? And to think you miss this prime opportunity to bash the BoD! I guess it simply isn't to your advantage at this moment in time.
IMO, what it is about is that the PTSC BoD fouled up. No way around it. They should never have issued that loan to TPL (or anyone for that matter) without it being secured (like their first loan, at minimum). How's that for an accused "BoD apologist"?
The important thing now is that they recognized their error and took action. And that action could potentially (but not likely) yield more. Through this action that loan will become secured, at minimum. That or PTSC "made whole" in some fashion.
My actual expectation is that the PTO will act and good things will happen well before the TPL/PTSC dispute gets into a courtroom, and the issue will become resolved.
