Having said what I said in my last post, I took another look at the recent 10Q and PR looking for the source of all the concerns voiced here recently. I still don't see it.

I saw no mention of TPL or PTSC not continuing to make their respective contributions to PDS. It is actually stated that all required contributions have been made and that they expect this to continue. And, though I thought I have read it before, I saw no statement that PTSC would make no further loans to TPL. To the contrary, it says that in recognition of TPL and PDS funding shortfalls, PTSC is examining ways to come up with cash to assure ongoing activity.

The only thing I saw that suggests concerrn is the statement in the PR about "resumption" of "productive" licensing activity. I see the operative word being "productive". In this context in the 10Q, the word is "furtherance".

So I'm looking for help in understanding just where all the "sky is falling" discussion actually came from.

Is it falling from Moore's dispute with TPL? Though I understand how this dispute could "grow" into something far more significant, my understanding is that the dispute is about Moore's contention that TPL owes him money. That's it. Not who owns what re: the MMP.

And IMO Moore is opening doors he best not have opened. How much IP paid for by TPL via Intellysis did Moore take to GreenArrays? What was the return on TPL's investment in Intellysis?

Perhaps I need educatin'....

TIA,

SGE
