O, I hold a relatively large position of PTSC stock and I want the BoD changed. Why? They have squandered my investment.

Please, I don't want to be the only one getting a restraining order from the Doctor for emailing, writing, and calling him with requests to resign from the PTSC BoD. He does NOT belong there. He brings NO value. He is getting what amounts to a dividend for being a large shareholder in the form of a BoD salary - for doing NOTHING.

I am not buying on the cheap. I just want the BoD replaced with competent people. Every manager knows that success depends on the people doing the work. The people we have in place are not up for the task.

They have shown they are not ready for prime time repeatedly. We need to stop fighting amongst ourselves and focus on replacing at least one BoD member this year. Another if possible. Let them know their jobs are not written in stone. Stop fumbling our hopes away.
