The most unfortunate aspect of the current BOD is that the stock is currently meandering at the lowest lows for the last few years. If the BOD were to replace themselves with competent directors, the stock price would probably double instantaneously. This company definitely needs a change for the sake of change. I know that serious minded individuals with broad industry knowledge would welcome an opportunity to serve on the BOD, especially with the outrageous compensation that comes with the job.
