That is fair, but when I look at both yours and PTSC2010's posts, neither ID is sharing the same IP. I understand and support the need for privacy on a public forum like Agora, but personally I could not/would not support an individual seeking a BoD position who is not forthcoming of his/her identity and intentions. With that said, you did come forward and state who you are. Are you seriously interested in running for a seat on the BoD, or are you simply trying to expose the company's unwillingness to allow a shareholder proposal to make it to proxy? Hopefully you don't take my questions as being offensive, I am just curious.
