First, I applaud the fact you have taken the initiative in this endeavor. I also commend you on your background and public service record, however IMO I am not sure that your experience provides you the ability to increase shareholder value. Please don't take that negatively, as I too have a Master's Degree, 20+ years management/technology experience, yet I don't consider myself qualified to sit on Patriot's BoD either. I appreciate your openess, honesty, and disclosure. I wish you the best of luck. I do look forward to reading Mr. Caplan's resume once he shares it.
