From your excellent CV, for which you must be commended, I am unfortunately unable to see any previous BoD experience, any M&A experience, or any SEC compliance experience.

I believe that these three areas alone should be minimal requirements for any intending nominee to at least compete on a level basis with the incumbents.

Have you at any time been put forward as a nominee for any other listed company in which you are a shareholder?

Your frustration is understandable and I hope that you are able to see how by not having experience in the three areas above the BoD acted as they did.
