But to sit here now and imply that critical posters were trying to weaken the company, when we're realizing that all of the admonitions of those posters had merit, and the company is NOW taking action years later, is upside down logic

Hang on for just one second.

Where were the "howls of protest" from warrant holders with critical condemnations of the "Merger Agreement", which is now being used against TPL/Alliacense for breach of contract? Surely the only ones with meritorius critiques of the "Master Agreement" would be TPL shareholders?

Do you think TPL is in worse or better shape for having $2M of PTSC's cash? At $400 per hour, the $2M has likely gone towards funding 5,000 hours of lawyers' time to battle PTSC

TPL is in far worse shape because those 5,000 hours would appear to have been wasted, and as a direct consequence of defaulting, PTSC was able to bring suit. Not YEARS AGO, not even LAST YEAR, but THIS YEAR. Who is in the best position to benefit from that $2M now?

While it will most probably be suggested that the turn of events is all down to pure luck, I believe that the BoD knew exactly what they were doing and give full credit to at least Johnson on a brilliant strategy, which precluded the proverbial "firing blanks" in bringing any premature action based on mere suspicion.
