Yes, I am a swing trader. My experience has shown me that any penny stock involvement has only profitted by trading. The few initial times I bought a company's "story" it cost me. But hey that is just my experience. I have been critical of the BOD since probably my first post. My distain for the BOD and management was absolute sealed following the secret settlement that "both sides were pleased with". I would have absolutely no problem with riding this to "da moon" but reality paints a different picture with penny stocks in general and PTSC in particular. I do not make a living trading penny stocks. I do not base my retirement on penny stocks. I play this with discretionary money as I would at Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun. In my mind there is absolutely no difference between the casinos and the pennies. You had better be ready to lose anything you bring with you.

Just to be clear I have money in now.

And to be even clearer, I don't expect the DFC to have any effect (I certainly can't fault them for trying ANYTHING at this point). I have seen past examples of other penny stock shareholders revolts but they have amounted to too little too late. But make no mistake, IMO ANYONE that says they are "eternally grateful to the incumbent BOD" has another agenda besides being a stock holder here.

And finally you say, " Even if Mr. Caplan were innocent of any attempt to fund a takeover through contributions made by gullible retail shareholders, does it really serve anyone's interests to have someone vieing for a position on the board who has such an inept grasp of simple arithmetic?"

I would say I would vote for Mickey Mouse before I would ever vote for any incumbent of PTSC, so I guess that Stan Caplan (who I do not know) no matter what his background, education, or intent is, would get my vote no questions asked if he went up against ANY sitting BOD member. I would also say (with no offense intended) that if Stan Caplan was relying on "gullible retail shareholders" to vote him in, it would be a landslide in his favor.

Now as Seannie asked miles, "don't you have anything better to do?" I do, there is some paint drying in my office, and I have to go watch it.

Good luck

(I) C. W.
