No - no conundrum, not even perhaps...not even a very good attempt...

My investment decisions are based upon, amongst other things, the assumption of the shareholder right to the duty of care and the duty of loyalty by the directors of stock corporations. I blame the BOD for failing to adequately discharge these duties, and failing to act to maximize PPS appreciation, and/or in the best interests of the shareholders. Simple as.

My investment decisions are my business, as yours are your own. I will live with the consequences of my actions.

Given the recent posting of insider shareholdings, it is obvious that that the incumbent BOD do not have to live with consequences of theirs.
