Even though I agree with what you have said, I believe it is in our best interest to settle the dispute with TPL with some revisions to the MA of course that Provides PTSC more oversight into the approval of license amounts and in the expenses charged to the MMP. As uncomfortable as that is, somtimes when your between a rock and a hard spot you have to work with the devil. Hopefully now our management at PTSC understands who they are in bed with and will keep a closer eye on DL and the MMP affairs. Time is becoming a factor, the 336 has withstood the reexamination process and is solid. If these patents are as good as we were led to believe then imo it is time to get tough and come out fighting. Some company(s) may need to be made examples of to get the ball rolling. The parties need to unite and work together to make make a lot of money off the MMP. Tick tock tick tock.
