Thanks for your reply. It is not Federal Court. If TPL and PTSC asked for nine months to work things out, do you think they might also have taken into consideration what the outcome might be for HTC/Barco/Acer as well as Moore?

What if one or all (HTC/Barco etc)wins a summary judgement.,what exactly would that mean for PTSC?

Also, if Moore wins his case against TL, would that in effect render the MA and the ComAg void (or whatever the terminology is) for all parties, thereby leaving PTSC no reason to continue the litigation with TPL? Or would it just take Moore out of the game with his 1/2 of the portfolio and leave PTSC still in partnership with TPL?
