It seems this entire discussion ignores the obvious.

First, it seems the most anyone could point to are "suspicions". Some things may appear bad, but without intimate knowledge of the facts and circumstances surrounding the issue, it is impossible to state anything beyond suspicions. JMHO.

Be that as it may, it appears extremely obvious, through this discussion, that if someone/group were to bring suit against the BoD, the first, immediate effect upon such act being made public, would be that the PPS would plummet. Those bringing suit would cause significant damage to all shareholders.

And the people being targeted? They're protected by insurance covering such things.

So those wishing to inflict pain on those who believe did them wrong would inflict no real/tangible pain on those targeted regardless of the result of the effort, but would inflict significant pain on themselves and their brother shareholders. And you know this, practically absolutely, going in.

This is the plan?

And then what? Complain because the PPS is at two cents?
