You make the point I was attempting to make (but apparently failed). My point is that IMO this utterly foolish action (due to the probable outcomes I've described) has no guaranty of success. People may be fooled into believing that the risks are worth it for a desired outcome. I'm saying that the risk is huge, and the supposed desired outcome in court may not come. Throwing fate to the wind, as it were. All while knowing the near absolute down side from the outset. This is somehow a sensible thing to do?
Your endorsement of such action may be an easy decision for you, since your reported cost basis for your shares is zero. You are in the definite minority.
