I got to thinking about your post to me regarding my calling PTSC yesterday, to inquire about the 10K. You posted:

I talked to Cliff. The 10K will be timely filed today. Looking at the time of your post, I suspect it was probably me he was talking to when you called! (BTW, not a "conference call" but a brief talk involving just the two of us to verify the 10K would be out today).

Why is it that you have access to Cliff whereas others are routinely advised on the rare occasion that a call is answered, that he is on a conference call,.

Have you been offered pay, compensation (call it what you will) by Patriot? If so, when was the last time that you were paid and why were you paid?
