Frankly, I don't know what everyone is complaining about. Yes, PTSC and TPL are in a licensing partnership. That JV and the relationship is spelled out nicely in what I posted from the PTSC website.

Do I consider TPL a partner is the sense that most people do when referring to partnerships? One who you work with, develop stuff with, share ideas with etc.....NO. Were they a partner in that sense once upon a time? Don't know, don't believe so, don't care and don't understand why others don't feel the same way.
