Thanks again Ron for all your input. I came across another case of patent infringement where Judge Ware used Kwan Chan as the technical expert. I believe the Markman took place about a week or so before our case did. I have asked Wolf if he can find out any information (i.e. has there been a ruling already). I thought it might be helpful to know if, by having a technical advisor, it may speed things up. I don't know if Judge Ward used a technical advisor in Texas. Either way, do you have any thoughts on this?
