Regarding ronran's Jan 28 post,

1. If TPL/PTSC does not decisively win the Markman, will the T3 file appeals, and if so, can they keep this going until 2015?
2. If it keeps going until the patents expire, what then, game over?
3. Is it still cheaper for the T3 to play this game than to pay for the patents?
4. Is it still best for any potential licensee to wait and see?
