Hey Ron , thanks for your response as i will use this new phrase for PTSC.

"On Any Given Day " as you have often said ... we seem to always snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

We have had easy lay ups that have been missed , Hail Mary passes that always seems to connect against us.

I think that all of the old timers here are numb to bad news - as a given .

As you have pointed out , the outcome is an unknown but i feel that we will again have a favorable ruling . When that happens we must hit them hard and go for the jugular.

Lets plan for victory for a defeat as you have pointed out is the end.

My intent and i hope everyones intent is to make this perfectly clear to the board at the SHM , that we want a dog fight and SETTLING is not an option.
