FWIW, it appears that TPL has been doing some heavy lifting that should provide benefits downstream.

Given the intransigence of Barco on the matter and the fact that big companies have been trying to crush smaller innovative ones to abscond with their IP, one might wonder if Barco's expenses are being underwritten by some other big companies who are letting them duke it out as their proxy while they keep a low profile and out of the news.
