Incorrect information.
Our favorite court ruling (Markman Hearing results) can come in ANY day, but most likely, based on historical records, may take up to two months or more (from the day the hearing was held - I think January 24 or 27th).
The 20 extra days is in reference to the time TPL has to present relevant IC information to the court (precise IC info, not "family-related" IC ....) in the Barco dispute, which has nothing to do with the Markman Hearing.
An in fact, the "20 extra days" may not be relevant either as TPL and/or Barco may file an appeal of the Special Master's ruling for TPL to produce the precise IC's within 10 days of the ruling which was Feb. 24th.
Hard to keep things straight these days with all the nervous chatter ....
