Within the past half hour I checked the prices of some companies I am interested in for the frist time today. When I saw the action on ptsc I went directly to this board.

Read the post to see what had changed since yesterday and could find nothing other then the typical ptsc shuffle. (Put your right foot in take your right foot out and shake it all about etc etc...) in other words no news since the SM request which Ron has so very clearly defined.

So the answer is who is running for the hills? The same people who always run for them there hills in ptsc along with the mm who have always loved this stock. In my opinion other then there have been no new signings which some of us speculated there might not be after the shm until the Markham results and the signings might have been windowdressing.

So, if you want to follow the herd please do so as it is your right. If you want straight unbiased and "free" legal advice listen to Ron not to some new poster who I feel is part of the reason the pot is being stirred but either way have a good day and we will see what we will see and that is the oldest advice that our attorney has given us over the years.

p.s. As I see it there is a lot to see what we will see .... Ron's scenario on the sm request regarding the moves of tpl, barco and the judge and of course the side issue of the markham and then what occurs from there. Depends on what you have on the line but it would seem to me that this show is getting interesting again after a long six years since the last round up.
