at the time of the last Markman, this board and a few others were resonating almost exactly the same sentiments are we are enjoying here - hundreds of licences, millions of dollars, boardrooms across the NASDAQ trembling in fear at the thought of the Leckky phone call, patents on water, regular dividends, vacations in Aruba, yada yada yada...

Then there was the T3 settlement, then the 336 NIRC - billions of licences, millions of Leckkys, boardrooms in Aruba, patents on the NASDAQ etc etc.

What has changed since then primarily is the pps (down 75%) the evaporation of licencing revenue income and the loss of the working capital.

My point is that the Markman may well produce a transient (and welcome) spike in the pps, but all of the "too-the-moon" guys in the past - and there have been many passing through here - have disappeared with empty pockets and their tails betwen their legs.

Whilst we can hope that it will be different this time, hope is not an investment strategy.
