That's an easy one. Positive results will keep it from falling back. The results I'm talking about is a win in the current litigation and a steady revenue stream from licenses reflected in quarterly earnings reports along with perhaps a steady dividend flow.

I don't see any vast SP improvement and staying there until we all see positive RESULTS!
