You do realize that you have perfectly demonstrated how poorly you understand your own investment.

think about it:

1. We have already had a positive Markman

2. This did not result in a wave of licences

3. If it does this time, you will not know if they are significant, because they won't tell you. And TPL will take most of it before it hits our bottom line.

4. If they issue dividends, it will be done to pay off the insiders, just like the last time.

5. If this happens, you don't need me to tell you what the pps will do

Why not just head to Vegas and lump it all on red - you'll get where you are going quicker than with this thing, and at least you'd know the rules and odds of the game you are playing.

Answer me this - after the Markman, even if it doubles - what will keep it from falling back down again ?
