That's an interesting premise you raise. Especially the HTC/Motorola andriod competition.

So you think that by leckrone saying that "sometimes you get more than money when you liscence an infringer" he is alluding to an agreed buyout down the road? or some such event?

How would that work for the shareholder?

A buyout at some premium to us?

All waiting for a favorable Markman.

Stock shoots to .50-.75 and Apple rides into town and buys for $1 share?

Please continue to flesh out your idea.

A lot of folks have to be satisfied, shareholders, Moore, Leckrone etc.
