I agree and hope it doesn't come to that. And I want to say I'm not trying to be difficult. I just feel there are a lot of technical and legal details to consider and unfortunately we can have educated guesses but at the end of the day Judge Ward will apply the law as you said and I hope we are on the right side (pun intended) of the ruling.
