However you must understand that Judge Ware is most likely going to do an excellent job of ruling in this matter, in my opinion, he is looking to do a better job than Judge Ward.

Concerning the Specialist Judge, perhap Ronran can share is perspective on my belief that if things do not go our way, we could file for an appeal since the Specialist may have overlooked some things and not advised the judge correctly.

But I think that there is too much at stake for the Specialist not to do a job correctly.
