The revenue analysis by Lamberts is fantastic. It probably is the only true attempt of accounting total revenue to date outside of TPL and PTSC from piecing together disparate information and rolling it together into a revenue schedule.

To Virt's point, there could be "new" areas that received sweet heart deals, or some that were made prior to the second settlement between TPL and PTSC. Legal expenses certainly went up prior to the Markman and will definitely go up further over the coming months if we are fortunate enough to receive a good Markman outcome.

I will be surprised if the filing shows a profit.
