Thanks for the additional info identifying the "13". I thought some of those "13" must have been included in the missing "20" after I posted yesterday.
Am a little frustrated by the opaqueness surrounding the missing "7", and the possible direct manipulation of the 10-Q by TPL/PTSC, whereby, some new licensees may have been kept in the drawer by TPL, until the next 10-Q. Though the speculation could be predicated on the size of the license fee based on the current Markman result, I will never believe that as an excuse to delay reporting the new licensees. It is possible that was the price to be paid as a result of negotiations with the new licensee, I just don't subscribe to to that theory.
Also, investors should realize the possible $40M Quarter you speculated earlier is at Gross Revenues, before the roughly 50-50 split between TPL/PTSC. I fully expect a lot of Legal Expenses to be expensed in this 10-Q, watering down Net Income. Surprise bonus may be finding a buyer / sucker for our middleware software, though I am pessimistic at this time for such an occurence.
Upside = $.03
Probable = $.02
Downside = $.01
OT: Pens defense is AWFUL. Think they miss Scuderi?? Flyers are 17-0 in playoffs when leading 2-0. Good Luck !
