Before a public company can say something about a legal issue they have to wait for their lawyers's opinion, especially if they are right in the middle of a litigation.
And with Judge's Ware decision to make no decision on Claim 1 of the '336 patent and being June 29th the date where the schedule re: this claim will be determined I'm not even sure if the company should make an announcement NOW.

Though I really had hoped the MH decision would be final it looks like we have to wait a little longer.
