Your attitude is one of the major reasons that I hesitate to post anything that would

bring down any scorn or ridicule. My response to Lambert was NOT meant to spark any

discord among the ranks, so I am sorry to see that, it seems it did in some quarters..

However I stand by my post in response to Lambert..

And if you would read the specs as filed with the USPTO by each inventor,that I posted,

You could determine the answers to your question,all by yourself.

This brouhaha/fixation with terminology,is being raised by the Lawyers, to confuse the real

crux of the claim ie: the MMP attains maximum speed under varying conditions and they

--the Lawyers--know that. So they are raising a RED HERRING to muddy the waters..

The Talbot configuration sets an upper limit on the processer speed--The 336 does NOT....

Simply stated..For purposes of CYA/CMA.... IMO
