why did non of the us-agora shareholders (and i asked that at those days) got a state attorney to investigate in public interest. (16000 shareholders).
It was discussed... and numerous shareholders were willing to contribute and go forward.. but the cost per contributer would have been substantial.. If 50 shareholders had committed.. it probably would have happened.. There was also a backlash from numerous forum posters over the idea.. which isn't surprising, but should not have affected a decision to move forward...
