I believe it was pretty obvious, as eventually did the BoD.. from the early quick drop off in MMP revenues reported to PDS, the way PDS oversite was set up, major licensees (Apple) not even being made public.. the co-mingling of license portfolio fees.. and finally the litigation brought accusing TPL of such
