I suspected the same in terms of Lecky distancing the MMP from TPL. I'm not sure how that works as one would assume in the complaints lodged against Lecky by Moore et al that all entities owned by Lecky would be part of the suit. Maybe it is another maneuver to delay Moore et al from getting at MMP dollars.
