I do believe Gloria started out with good intentions for helping shareholders but lacked skill. With all the criticism she has received from shareholders, she appears to have sold out and joined C.Johnson with an apparent attitude that they are entitled to everything they can get and shareholders had their chance long ago. Does not look like we have anyone at PTSC who cares about shareholders.
