FYI... Naked shorting and shorting are 2 different things,,,
the 4200 is not from Market makers..... When you short a stock you borrow the stock...market makers dont borrow the shares.... If someone is selling 10000 shares and the maker has only 5800 on the buy side.... he can make the transaction... the stock is now naked shorted 4200 and reported as naked shorted if he does recover the postion with in 3 days.....
