I believe I've read that most readers here are fans of logic, so here's some logic for you -
Ron is not TPL/PTSC's attorney.
Therefore, logic dictates that Ron can't possibly have all of the information that their attorney's have regarding any legal proceedings.
PTSC has not issued a PR regarding the rulings of MH2.
I think it's a fair assumption that likely TPL/PTSC's attorneys have been involved in the decision not to issue a PR, based on their superior knowledge.
So it's logical that maybe, just maybe, there is information concerning the cases involving strategy and/or status of the cases that Ron is unaware of, and that is affecting the decision not to issue a PR. Conjecture can continue from now until September and that will still be the case.
In the grand scheme of things it won't change anything other than maybe keep a "pop" in the SP that may occur with a MH2 PR from happening. However, Ron's ranting that it would be a "good business decision" certainly doesn't hold any water as far as I'm concerned. A good business decision takes all information into consideration and is made with the ultimate goal in mind, which would be a positive legal ruling in TPL/PTSC's favor, not a pop in the SP.
You all have a good weekend. I'll be too busy working to argue with all of Ron's backers that come out to defend his posts regarding this issue.
