Weren't some of the intial objections from the ITC case accused, about who are the rightful owners of the MMP?

It seems that I recall reading some of the defendants initial responses asking this question.

I don't recall where exactly, but I did find this link. Maybe it became necessary for all parties on our side, to agree before the ITC case moved forward?
