Quick review of the PRs coupled with the lack of any PTSC prior disclosure, or PTSC inclusion in the court documents, suggests that perhaps the GreenArrays PR was a bit "loose" in it's language.

What seems confirmed, though, IMO, is that the MMP is now owned solely by PTSC & TPL.

Based on the PTSC PR. Moore is listed as Co-Inventor, and TPL is listed as Co-Owner. With all claims settled as indicated per both PRs, it seems to suggest that Moore did indeed transfer ownership either prior or through these settlements.
