Not really. If the ITC rules against us, much would depend on the rationale for it. If anything other than a finding on Non-Infringement because the products do not infringe, we still have a favorable Markman at NDOC. We haven't yet had the ITC trial yet. So a loss at this point in time is somewhat meaningless over at the NDOC, IMO.
