If the ITC does not go our way we will have made our best argument and failed. It certainly will not be meaningless and the 10 people who recommended your post would agree with an erroneous theory. We are making the same arguments at the ITC as we will ar the NDoC, so I'm amazed at the meaningless statement and the people who supported it. I guess I'll chalk it up to people latching onto "hope." I'm also afraid people are overreacting to the motion for summary judgement. But since people aren't reading for themselves and relying on a message board of laymans to get rheir information, what can one expect?
