Why did Greg Baily tell that to the USPTO?
Why did the USPTO revalidate the patents if that was a strong argument? Heaven forbid this thing does not go our way. I will stick around, I am a believer that just because we may not win at the ITC it does not mean we will not win at NDCA. Just in case.....just in case... if does not go our way at the USPTO..... (not being an attorney, ronran may comment on this if he has time) but I think we may be able to sue again at the ITC with different infringers, that time we will have all our duck in a row, I hope.
