We are trying to figure this out as if we were the ones in the court room, while you have many on this forum corned on the technical issues, Agilent is well aware of all those arguments. He already has stated that regardless on the terminology....THEY INFRINGE and they can prove it.

The challenge is in explaining all this to the ITC Judge in a comprehensible manner where a layman can see and not get confused by the opposition remarks.

I must remind all that Agilent has successfully gone up against Big Boys and won, they just one a case for TPL with their product line.

I would rather believe Jim Otteson and trust he is doing his job to the best of his abilit and that he will prevail than to be chewing my nails off worried as if everything was going to cave in.

Its not going to cave in, we will win because Justice Always prevails.

God knows that PTSC and the shareholders deserve justice.
