As for your Pacer filings - as posted previously by LL and Laurie, you people feel no obligation to post any Pacers, and rightly so. So to that same end, if an important Pacer comes up that could affect the SP in a material way, would you post it in a prompt manner, before you had made trades in your own account using that info? I believe the answer to that is probably a resounding NO. So anyone relying on your Pacer postings would be somewhat of a fool, wouldn't they. I don't need your Pacer postings. They too often get misinterpreted and/or over analyzed to the point people read into what's in them. If you choose to "punish" the board by not posting them, that's your problem, not mine.

As for my "slandering" Brian by calling him a con man, I'll make you the same offer I made Laurie. I can re-post his insulting posts directed at me. But then again, you ignore that part, don't you. If you and Brian choose not to participate because of something I posted, all I can say is maybe it's time for you guys to grow up. I am one person voicing my opinion. If people disagree with that opinion they are free to argue it. The people that agreed with my opinion about Brian no doubt were familiar with his posting history since he was ousted as shareholder rep. If you have a problem with people forming an opinion about a poster based on his postings, then you've got bigger problems than can be dealt with here. Go get some therapy/counseling.
