I think the key going forward is the other infringer's assessment of Kyocera's product exposure, and how that matches up or parallels the potential for their own situation.

Whether a large or small number, I suspect these other ITC targets will find a way to get an accurate enough assessment of how much Kyocera's license amount was signed for; regardless of any NDAs parties may have agreed to.

Once they know that amount for this point in time in the proceeding's status, they can back into their own potential numbers, and then maybe add in premiums or whatevers.

Now there's more timely information to make a better calculated decision to let it play out in the ITC or to pony up.
