<What is the basis for that belief?>

What I recall from various readings about settlement at the ITC. But my memory can always be faulty. Wouldn't be the first time it failed me. Which is why I asked the question.

In any case, I'm not suggesting that the ALJ needs to know the amount paid. He can know it is FINAL(no lose ends) from the rest of the filing,. And that is really what he NEEDS to know. But I'm sure the ALJ can demand a totally unredacted filing. I doubt the is anything that prohibits him from demanding such. But again, if anyone has a better understanding, I'd like to know what it is.
