I agree, Apple issue is a long shot and we can discuss more later. The most important thing for now is getting ingringement and get some damage reward, no matter small or a reasonable amount.

During HTC's time to call their winesses, RO/PLL/CPU related jurors questions were direct to HTC expert with paper handed to the judge. After judge had sidebar with both side of lawyers, judge asked HTC expert to answer. I talked to one of our lawyers, he said judge may rephrase those questions but cannot ask questions on his own. This make sense, otherwise jusge can have undue influences on the outcome of the case.
